hah, totally. *update* now its actually snowing for real!  people dont seem to be very impressed or care, which is shocking!  i think im more excited then everyone else

haha weird. maybe cuz the majority of the population in austin is transplants and their used to some snow.

 definitely, most people here.. at least where i work downtown are not even from texas.

This morning it was 37 degrees. the weather dudes are saying it will start snowing by noon tomorrow and that it will freeze over tomorrow night.  rare occurances in december here in Texas. 

i watched, Killing a camera - retropsective  last night.

Out of all the currently listed bands playing SXSW 2010, i dont own music from a single one. Ive heard of some of them and actualy listenned to even less.

This leaves me feeling old!  and or completely out of the loop, whatever the loop currently is. whatever.

Hopefully bands like

Laura Viers, Someone still loves you boris yeltsin, owen, vanderslice, bowerbirds, tallest man on earth and so on will come to town. doubt it though.

this isn’t good news! i still want to head down to texas to visit though.  do you have a lineup of the bands who are announced so far?

They have the full list, so far, up at sxsw.com. You should totally come down! though. I think im going to take most of that week off of work regardless of sxsw.

all the good bands dont show up on lists until its closer to march, it seems.

and i will be there for sxsw!

 that is true!  either way im stoked. If anything March has almost turned into the yearly hangout for all of us.
